OG Town — Community Sponsorship Terms

These Community Sponsorship Terms apply to businesses and organizations that apply for, purchase, renew, or maintain a Community Sponsorship.

They supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. What a Community Sponsorship Is

Community Sponsorship provides an approved business/organization promotional presence within an eligible OG Town community during an active sponsorship period.

It may display:

• business/organization name;
• logo;
• type/category;
• short description;
• website/social link;
• other approved promotional information.

Community Sponsorship is promotional placement.

It does not make the sponsor an owner, partner, representative, employee, agent, or affiliate of OG Town or OG Multiservices LLC.

2. Application and Approval

Application does not guarantee approval.

OG Town may review applications for platform/community appropriateness.

Approval alone does not activate public display.

Applicable payment must be confirmed by OG Town.

3. Sponsorship Price

Current pilot price:

$25/month/community.

No long-term commitment for the current monthly offering.

The price shown when applying/renewing applies to that transaction.

Future price changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid confirmed sponsorship period.

4. Each Community Is Separate

Sponsorship applies only to the community purchased.

One community does not automatically provide placement in another.

Businesses may sponsor multiple communities separately where available.

5. Payment

Approved payment methods may be displayed in the authenticated sponsorship area.

“I've Paid” records a claim for administrative review.

Reporting payment does NOT activate/renew sponsorship.

Only OG Town payment confirmation activates or extends it.

6. Square Invoice Requests

A sponsor may request a Square invoice where available.

Requesting an invoice is not payment.

OG Town may send it separately.

Activation/renewal occurs only after applicable payment is received and confirmed.

7. Sponsorship Period

Confirmed payment establishes or extends the sponsorship period.

Early renewal extends from the existing paid-through date rather than shortening the remaining active period.

8. Expiration

A sponsorship ceases to be publicly eligible when its paid period expires.

Expiration does not necessarily delete its history.

Expired sponsorship may later be reactivated through confirmed payment, subject to eligibility/policies.

Reminders may be sent as a convenience but are not guaranteed.

9. Placement and Rotation

Sponsorship provides eligibility for promotional exposure within the sponsored community.

It does NOT guarantee continuous display on every page view.

When more eligible sponsors exist than display positions, OG Town may rotate sponsors.

Rotation may consider recent impressions to provide reasonably balanced exposure.

Placement/order/frequency/location/presentation may evolve.

10. No Guaranteed Results

Community Sponsorship does not guarantee:

• impressions;
• clicks;
• leads;
• phone calls;
• messages;
• customers;
• sales;
• revenue;
• search ranking;
• exclusive placement;
• continuous visibility;
• particular page position.

11. Founding Sponsor

OG Town may designate a Founding Sponsor or similar classification.

Its placement, billing, duration or presentation may differ from ordinary Community Sponsorship.

This does not guarantee equivalent benefits for paid sponsors.

12. Sponsor Content

Sponsors are responsible for accuracy and rights to submitted business information, logos, links, descriptions and materials.

Content must comply with Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law and Sponsorship Terms.

13. Sponsorship Does Not Equal Endorsement

A Community Sponsor is not guaranteed or endorsed by OG Town as to:

• product/service quality;
• licensing/insurance unless specifically verified and stated;
• pricing;
• reliability;
• safety;
• availability;
• business practices;
• customer satisfaction.

Users remain responsible for evaluating businesses.

14. Community Guidelines and Moderation

Sponsors remain subject to platform rules.

Payment does not exempt them from moderation.

15. Ending a Sponsorship Early and Refunds

A sponsor may choose not to renew.

OG Town may restrict/end sponsorship early for serious/repeated policy violations, fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns or material breach.

Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once an active sponsorship period has begun.

However, OG Town may issue a full or partial refund, credit, or other adjustment when appropriate based on circumstances or when required by applicable law.

16. Suspension of Associated Account

If the associated OG Town account is suspended, sponsorship may cease public display during suspension.

Payment does not prevent moderation.

17. Sponsorship Records

OG Town may retain records concerning applications, approvals, periods, payment reports/confirmations, renewal history, administrative actions and sponsorship communications in accordance with Privacy Policy/applicable law.

18. Changes to Sponsorship Features

OG Town may modify presentation, placement, design, rotation, features and administrative processes.

Existing confirmed sponsorship periods will not have their paid duration shortened solely because the standard monthly price changes.

19. Changes to Sponsorship Terms

OG Town may update these terms.

Sponsors may be required to acknowledge an updated version before a new payment or renewal.
